We keep this notice short because we collect very little.

Visiting this site

No analytics, no advertising code and no outside requests: images, fonts and styles all load from our own domain. Cloudflare serves the site and sees the technical details of a request, such as your IP address, while it does so. We do not build visitor profiles.

Cookies

Ordinary visitors get none. A single strictly necessary session cookie is set only after the shop owner signs in to the owner pages. It lasts 45 minutes and is sent only to those pages.

What we read from Etsy

With the owner's approval, and for our own shop only, the tool reads the shop profile, our listings and our orders. An order may contain a buyer's name and delivery address; we use it to pack and send the order and for no other purpose. We do not collect data on other shops or other Etsy members.

Freshness

Listing information held by the tool is brought up to date at least every 6 hours. All other Etsy data is brought up to date at least every 24 hours.

Retention

• Order data is erased no later than 90 days after the order is settled.
• Tokens are erased the moment the owner disconnects.
• Emails sent to us are kept only while we handle them.

Who else is involved

Cloudflare, which hosts the site and its encrypted database, and the shipping carrier, which needs a delivery address to deliver an order. Nobody else. Data is never sold, never given to advertising or marketing platforms, and never used to train AI.

Breaches

If Etsy data is ever exposed, Etsy and the seller will hear from us within 24 hours.

Your choices

Under the GDPR, the CCPA and similar laws you may request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Email hello@benchmoreus.com.
