The website

This site introduces BenchMore US and explains its private Etsy tool. There is no cart or checkout. Products, prices, payment, delivery and returns all belong to our Etsy shop and follow Etsy's rules, and the Etsy listing prevails over anything written here.

The app

The tool is made for a single shop and a single user, the owner. It is not offered to the public and is not an Etsy product. The owner may stop using it, and revoke its access on Etsy, whenever they wish.

App terms

By connecting the shop, the owner agrees that the tool may use the Etsy API as set out on the integration page and may handle data as set out in the privacy notice. The owner confirms this with a checkbox before being passed to Etsy, and we save the time and terms version.

If these terms change, the version number above changes too, and the owner accepts the current version before connecting again.
